Question about Vauxhall/GM bike carriers

I am looking to buy some roof bars and carriers for the car (2008 Volvo S40). Interested in Mont Blanc Barracudas and have found some, or at least I think I have!

There are some for sale that are advertised as Vauxhall/GM carriers, but they look like Barracudas. Does anybody know if Vauxhall/GM carriers are made by Mont Blanc? The vendor says the carriers are just labelled as 'Vauxhall' rather than Mont Blanc, but I think they look exactly the same!
