Viner bikes on Planet x

Looking at the Viner maxima 3.0 rs frame for £999, handmade in Italy apparently.
Does anyone know if these are the original maxima frames or are they planet x frames with a paint job? Planet x state handmade in Italy for these frames, the originals were £3k+.

Surely planet x would deal with any warranty issues..

Pretty sure PX bought a load of new old stock from an Italian source a while back hence all the SAB and Guerciotti frames, assume these were part of that purchase. I cant see any reason why there would be a warranty issue as its deda tubing which is found on many bikes.
