Aprire bikes

Whilst looking about for my next bike I've stumbled across a small scale British manufacturer of carbon bikes one of which is made in Italy. Does anyone have any more info on this brand? I'm tempted as it comes across as a canyon alternative. The bottom bracket isn't as meaty as the usual designs from the big player's and it interesting that they have gone against the grain.

I've heard good things, the bloke who runs it lives local and I know a fair few people who have worked there or have the bikes. They come with good reports from the people I've spoken to. I believe they're the same frames or factory as Fondriest which cost a lot more.

That's very interesting, seeing as how I'm looking for a new bike at the moment.

I see what you mean about the 'moody' lighting of the pictures, though. Some clearer shots and more detailed specifications (including build weights) might be in order.

Cheers for that, It'll be a few months off yet and there's quite a few choices around the 3K mark. I'm pretty much set on ultegra Di2, it just finding the best frame possible.... whatever that is!

Canyon are pretty hard to beat at that price.
