Thanks! It's mainly 853, however the seat tube that's in there at the moment is quite thick walled 4130 - as that's going to be almost totally cut away once the frame is brazed up.

The long carbon tube in the first picture will then be epoxied into place in the sockets left at the BB/chainstay/downtube and top tube/seat stay junctions - like this:

Is it an off the shelf jig?

Always wanted to make my own jump bike but always been put off as the jig seems the hardest step.

We got the version that is plumbed in for a full gas back-purge (that's the tubes) so that TIG is catered for.

Ouch an impressive jig but way out my price range.

Discs - R-685 shifters and calipers, Ultegra CX chainset and mechs. I've got some ENVE 29er XC wheels to use, with disc hubs (front is bolt-thru).

Do you shape the chainstay tubes, or are they bought in?

If you shape them yourself it would be a fascinating process to watch.

It's going to look great with the carbon tube through the main frame. Any plans on the colour scheme yet?

The chain stays are bought in, the seat stays are going to take some work - I like to use a wishbone style rear end, so we'll have to bend some 14.5mm 4130 tube into a hoop to form the top of the seat stays.

Then I can turn up some plugs to join the hoop to the chain stays on the lathe and braze it together.

Nice. Used to make my own trials bike frames years ago, once brazed in the BB shell the wrong way round, didn't notice until I got the frame back from the platers...
