I wish...They would be very handy when you want to carry a few bikes and a few people plus gear in a roof box etc, as the (complete) bikes are mounted on the very outside of the rack.
Of course you have to buy a Skoda Superb estate to fit it on

Contador's spare bike had the frame snapped when it got tangled up with another team's bikes during a (too) tight overtake. Overhanging trees at the roadside could be equally damaging.
Now to be slightly more helpful. This is about the best I can find for a quick search. http://www.sgcyclery.com/Roofracks.htm. As its already been said, they are probably custom made. If you know a good aluminium welder, and can source the box section cheaply enough, they probably wouldn't be that hard to make for a standard Thurle setup. If you have roof rails already like the ons pictured below, you could get a 3rd bar to help spread the load down the B piller.
