I need a new frame or Bike - Quick!!

I discovered my Frame had a crack in it on Friday, whilst its still under warranty I go away on Wednesday (for several months) and my bike was / is meant to be coming with me, chances are I am not going to get a replacement in time, they have said that my frame size is no longer available so the options are to go bigger or they have mentioned a refund - providing its a successful warranty case which I believe it is! The bike (according to the postal tracker) was receive by them late (17:30) this afternoon so I am hoping to hear either way first thing tomorrow - problem is, its a 400+ mile round trip if I was to accept the larger frame and collect, not sure I can be doing this and getting it built the day prior to departure (along with all the packing!)
So what do I do? I've been hunting on eBay for a local replacement but with not much success, I'm prepared to travel up to 100miles but my time is limited so the closer the better, no one local seems to stock anything I like and I don't want to spend£XXX / £XXXX for the sake of just getting something. I like the new Cotic Soul / bfe, they are based a little over 100 miles away not sure if they will allow me to turn up and take away, I also wonder if I'd be better off with a full sus (heading round europe, incl alps etc) - I like the look of the Orange 5 but can I bring myself to spend that much? as a complete bike, I also like the Trek Fuel but tracking one down in my size (19.5") may be an issue - the other option I am thinking of is a Canyon Nerve - how readily available are these in Germany as we will be heading that way first (after Holland) will just have to live without a bike for a couple of weeks.
Any way, if anyone knows of a 26" frame around the 19-20" frame size that will accept a 31.6mm dropper seat post (I'm not sure I could live without that!) and available somewhere in the bottom right quarter of the country then please let me know - the closer to Suffolk the better!
