It wasn't as bad as many, but I wouldn't have made that pass myself, nor would I have appreciated someone passing me like that terribly much. In fairness, it's not like the cyclist gets all sweary, he was quite polite with the driver.

Or on second thoughts, dying parrots are no excuse for driving badly, and why the fk did he have a phone in his hands? Surely if the bird is dying you'd want to concentrate on getting it to help ASAP, not be fart-arsing about with your bloody phone, and putting other HUMAN BEINGS at very real risk of injury or death.

"Sorry love, I know I've just run your kid over, but I can't stop, see I've got this dying parrot that I'm rushing to the vet."

If that statement sounds unacceptable, it's just as unacceptable as the poor driving in the clip. Parrots? bks. Just a selfish arse in a car. Again.
