I have an Oxford one that is massive and covers two bikes. I also have a Topeak one that covers a single bike. Unlike the Oxford version the Topeak has no fastening to stop it being blown off.
Can anyone recommend a cover for a single bike that has a strap for securing against the wind? I have had a look but the manufacturers don't seem to list it as feature, I guess because it's an obvious necessity. If only Topeak thought that!
