So another Tofu-Brains on his two wheeled dildo got upset at a driver making a mistake and just "had to educate him". Unfortunately, the passenger was some chav meat-head who... being a meat eater cleaned his clock.
The upside is a preachy moron would think twice before trying to make the world a better place.

Making a mistake? You've watched the video, right? The bit where the tosser in the Audi has his manhood challenged by cyclists legitimately using the advanced stop line, so creeps forward into it deliberately, D-E-L-I-B-E-R-A-T-E-L-Y mind you, so it's no mistake. The fact that the cyclist caught up to the Audi without too much trouble simply proves that cars are not held up by cyclists, and in general it's the other way around, with cyclists held up by badly driven cars selfishly and deliberately blocking access to the advanced stop boxes.
As for the cyclist being wrong to challenge such behaviour? Laughable. In the military, challenging behaviour you know to be wrong is called "Having Moral Courage" and it is encouraged, whether the inappropriate behaviour be racism, sexism, bullying or anything else that one person shouldn't have to accept from another in a civilised society. So far as I can see from that clip, the cyclist has done nothing wrong, whereas the driver of the Audi has committed at least one moving traffic offence, and he/she, or his/her passenger has committed an assault. Both of which should attract the attention of the Police and the judicial system.
On the subject of 'preachy morons'. If YOU have EVER leaned on your horn in response to the behaviour of another driver who 'cut you up' or some such, then you are pretty damned close to being the very definition of the person who lives in a glass house, yet stupidly thinks that throwing stones is a good idea.

Do you think that it is advantageous to the development of humanity that we all become quivering masses of morally spineless jelly, hoping that we don't get in the path of one of these sub-human bullies every day? If no-one stands against this kind of disgraceful behaviour, then we are ALL the worse for it.
Two people being dicks, just instead of them being outside a pub (where no-one would bat an eyelid), one of them happened to be on a bike, which seems to give the car-driving majority the right to tar every other cyclist with the same stick.

I often keep an eye out for cars that have overtaken me. This morning I got to the station car park the exact same time as a BMW e36 that had overtaken me 2 miles previously. I also got to work a couple of minutes faster than my mate (who was driving) that I cycled past at some traffic lights. Don't really think I was holding anyone up ;-)

ETA: Reading your sentence as it's currently punctuated, you are correct. More cyclists keeping off the road on bikes will mean they will have to travel by some other means. For some that will mean cars and buses. So there'll be more cars and buses on the road, causing even longer queues at traffic lights and other junctions, thereby meaning longer delays for ALL road users. You really ought to think this through a little more thoroughly, no?

Sorry but I am not sure to whom you are referring. Are you referring to the disgraceful behaviour of the cyclist for using such foul and aggressive language in a public place or are you referring to the passenger in the Audi for violent misconduct in a public place.essayer said:

I learned my lesson a couple of years ago when I "gestured" at a BMW driver who turned left at a roundabout without indicating causing me to stop for no reason (he was to my right and I gave way). I would usually have let it go but I was cycling into the wind and annoyed.
Well he turned around and followed me flashing his lights and honking. He pulled up and came up to me in a rage - I thought I was for it. Luckily I answered his rhetorical question "what the f
k's your problem then" and that stopped him dead. We had a reasonable discussion, and ended up shaking hands. But it could so easily have ended differently.So for me, relatively minor annoyances like creeping into an ASL, I just let go.
ETA Regardless of the provocation, calling a stranger a f
