Good deal?

I just saw this deal, and wondered what people thought to it.

It's only 2300, but for £399, it doesn't seem too bad?

The exact same frame, with a BB30 crank and 105, sells for £1050. I had the Tiagra model and loved it.

I've also got the Tiagra model. I haven't been too impressed with the components tbh but that price is good.

That's silly cheap. At that price it's in competition with the Triban 3, and it's a frame with much better upgrade potential. GIFB.

I was looking at that too, and the Ultegra model is £999...

ETA - sorry, that's a 5.0 build instead of a 3.0. That Force build is a cracking buy.

OP, did you go for it?

After a few weeks of trying to buy a bike from e bay or bike radar (found a nice allez on bike radar but the seller hasn't replied to my post and I can't pm him due to my post count) I visited my LBS at the weekend.

They are doing the same Cannondale for £410 and will do it on 0% finance over 12 months. It's tempting but I have reservations over the gears etc.

Any other thoughts?

I didn't, in the end. I really want a road bike, but decided I just don't have the space currently. I'm storing my bike in the house now after a burglary, so can't have two bikes in my living room!
