Does anyone know anything about SL Carbons wheels?

I might have taken a chance at a cheap set of carbon 50mm section wheels branded as SL Carbons.
As best as I can Google they were a british company that went out of business a couple of years ago.
Can't find much on the wheels themselves though.
Wheels aren't here yet but I'm guessing this was either a bargain or a mistake....

They arrived, thought the wheel bag was empty for a moment lol...
1500g for the wheelset, no wear on the carbon brake track either.
Can't wait for the summer to roll round and give them a try, unfortunately can't find any information on them at all so no idea on spares, comparative performance etc.

Yep I'd second that on the Planet X tubs, the red generic hubs are the clue. "Apparently" they get these from China, they sell them for £500 odd, so if you paid a lot less then ride em and enjoy em. Probably get rid of those SL stickers mind, put some Campag one on instead!! Good thing is that you have access to the spoke nipples by the looks of things which makes truing them up far easier. I have the Mavic Cosmic SLRs with the carbon blade spoke, hmmm they're fun when out of true!

They aren't going to get used till the summer after all so I've plenty of time
Hair dryer on a low setting and waft over to warm the glue slightly?
Don't stick Campy or Enve stickers on though, unless shoving a turbo badge on the back of a 1.2 Corsa is your kinda thing. I ride with a guy who bought some Carbonzone wheels, within a week they'd morphed into Enve wheels.
