Halfords 3 for 2

Just used the Halford's 3 for 2 on cycle accessories to pick up 3 Garmin 810 performance bundles, previous offers have excluded Garmins. OK you have to pay full list on the Garmin (£430), but 860 for 3 is way cheaper than you can get them anywhere else.

As it goes I have sold my spare 2 to colleagues but if I were so minded could have sold them on ebay and got my own one almost free.

Offer lasts until January apparently. I am also pretty sure a British cycling 10% voucher would have worked saving a further 10% but I had not joined yet.

We're not actually allowed to sell garmin's on the 3 for 2 deal, as far as I know they're under sat navs rather than cycle accs.

It may go through, but whoever is selling them is being naughty/misinformed/naive .

That sounds misleading when they are in the cycle section surrounded by '3 for 2 on all cycle accessories' signs! Went through the till no problem which I would have thought would not be possible if they were officially excluded.
