Flourescent windstopper

Looking for a fleecy type jacket that isn't 'waterproof' is proving pretty difficult.
Virtually everything I spot is like a night vision jacket which is designed to keep the rain off too.
I've got a North Face windstopper, but it's black, so hardly a good idea on a bike through the winter.
Any ideas?

It's not Paclite, it's a Windstopper softshell and it's absolute witchcraft. It doesn't allow the cold air in at all. The DWR coating also does a pretty good job of repelling water.Do you own one? If you prefer more of a race cut then the Xenon is a good bet. And for extra flexibility the Phantom has removable sleeves to make a gilet.
Took my Gore out for its first outing this afternoon. It was 7 or 8 degrees, windy and dull - just the sort of day that the cold wind normally penetrates and chills you to the bone.
Witchcraft is the only word for the windstopper jacket, I was really toasty in just a base layer, summer s/s jersey and the jacket (possibly overdressed for the temperature), but despite getting a sweat on, I didn't end up dripping wet like you do in a full on waterproof.
