The Halfords 5/32" Aheadset Ball Cages and Grease gives you lucky folk two cages and 500g of lithium grease to do what you please with. We recommend as replacement parts for 1 1/8" headsets and as lubricant for your bikes bits
5/32 is the internal diameter of a 1 1/18th headsetEdited by Celtic Dragon on Friday 1st November 13:46
I didn't spend a fortune winterizing my bike and buying waterproof, windproof, nuclear bomb proof gear only to stay in when it rains and/or gets a bit windy. I'll be out this weekend, and every weekend throughout winter, barring hurricane force winds, heavy snow or severe ice (roadie, not a mountee
).

210km audax tomorrow, I haven't shaved for a week so I won't stick out like a sore thumb
Including ride to and from start, it's ~145 miles assuming we don't get lost
Upper Thames or Cymraeg Cyrch?

I trust you've fitted your mudflap extensions? It's all about the size of your flaps. I'm very proud of my exceptional large flaps.

I'm sure I don't need to talk to you about saddlebags.
