What secure bike lock for my garage
Discussion
I'm just about to move in with my girlfriend in her own home and unlike my previous place, it's quite a bit smaller. It also means I will no longer have a dedicated "man-room" for my bikes and other crap I keep and I have to keep my bikes in the garage.
The garage itself is behind two remote gates (one of which is impossible to get into without the remote), but it's open to all people who live in the block.
As I need to keep £6k of bicycles down there, I'd like to keep them securely in my garage space but the question is what would be the best option.
I've found a bike locker (most expensive option and I lose a lot of garage space).
A wall rack which looks quite flimsy and is secure with a cable only.
Or a floor anchor. It's actually for motorcycles but I reckon this with a bike cover could be the best option.
Suggestions and experiences welcome!

We're looking at one of these for the shed - they do chunky ground anchors too:

if its an up-and-over garage door, there should be holes in the mechanism on the side to get a long shackle padlock through. Everyone knows the location of the locks on garage doors, top middle, so this prevents them just trying to force it open at that point and raise the door as it means they will end up having to fold the door over to get in. If they try that they have to clamber over the door and try to remove the bikes. I'd wager that anyone trying to force the obvious lock who finds that its got a padlock on either side as well will walk away.
I have six bikes in the garage in two 3 bike racks. four are locked together, two are unlocked. In the unlikely scenario that someone gets in, they can have pub bike and the old mountain bike that are unlocked. The four bikes between them have three d-locks, two kryptonite and one halfords, and two kryptonite cables so they arent going anywhere fast.

Put this on the garage door.

After having all 3 bikes nicked I went for their package deal on a Torc Ground Anchor, Protector 16mm Chain and Untouchable Lock. Easy to install with a decent drill and feels very substantial. http://securityforbikes.com/shed-shackle.php
Oh and the garage door locks in the post above. They feel tough enough but I have had a problem with snapping keys.
Following an attempted break in to our garage (we caught them I the act) we purchased a garage defender which sits at the bottom of the door, it's quite a chunky bit of kit but works well, they'd have to make a serious amount of noise/effort to get past it.

They are quite over though aren't they. Wonder if that is signifying that there is something in the garage worth nicking.http://m.screwfix.com/p/garage-defender/79478?kpid...
Someone on another thread recommended enfield garage door bolts, which are more inconspicuous.
Cheers all for the replies.
I've gone and bought one of these: http://www.rutlandcycling.com/110122/products/kryp...
I'm getting it fitted professionally with security anchor bolts so it should be pretty fixed!
I'll also choose a suitable chain. Most likely one of the almax chains and lock.
On top of that the bikes will be covered so only really visible to residents and they are protected by a motion alarm system and we have a security service on the complex too so they should be safe.
Finally, keep in mind only residents can enter the garage and it's impossible to leave the door open as the garage door is automated.
Should be ok
