Mudguards for roadbikes without lugs

My mate has a Felt F4130 and is looking for full mudguards for the winter commute.
I recommended the SKS Chromoplastic jobbies, but on further inspection his bike doesn't have any eyelets on the front to attach them to.
Mine is held on with only one support on the front as the nearside one would foul the disc brakes, but I think none would be a step too far.
Any other recommendations or solutions?

I have to say, I'm not sold on the Raceguards for a commuter bike. For me the most important thing is staying dry with a secondary consideration of keeping as much road s
t off the bike as possible.
The Raceguards might keep your arse dry, but I don't think they'll keep spray off the front mech.
That said - it's not my decision to make.

Raceguards?
Raceblades certainly provide protection on the front especially on the 'Long' model.

Still doesn't solve the problem of no lugs on the front forks AND the rear one doesn't look like it comes down to the chainstays either - which is what I meant when I mentioned that the front mech gets covered in road crud without full mudguards.
Anyhoo, I've sent him the link for the P clips and I think he's going to order some of those and some Chromoplastic versions.

Rear one goes below the level of the chainstays.Still doesn't solve the problem of no lugs on the front forks AND the rear one doesn't look like it comes down to the chainstays either - which is what I meant when I mentioned that the front mech gets covered in road crud without full mudguards.

Doesn't need lugs/mounts as they use the QR skewer at the hub end and mount behind the brake caliper at the top.
