Recommended shop in/near Berks for being measured-up

Can anyone please recommend a place to be measured up with regards to a road cycle? I still catch myself with my left knee slightly going outwards at the top of the stroke, but I can't put my seat up any higher. I've only gone with YouTube guides on bike fit but I'd like to have it done properly. I don't mind travelling an hour or so (by car).

Besides that, I think rule 12 is calling and I have no idea what frame size would be correct. I am 5'10" with a 32" inside leg.

AW Cycles in Caversham (Reading) have a bike fitting system.

700 in Windsor are very good. They spent a good hour taking every single measurement and setting me up on my bike. Was only about £40 aswell!

If you don't yet have a bike, they will still do all your measurements and work out the right bike for you.
