How do you guys manage the logistics of work clothes? I start a new job next month. Cycling looks like a great option. Showers are available but how do you get your business dress to the office with you? In a backpack is the obvious option but don't the clothes look like st when you change into them?

Casual dress here, so the fact they're a little crinkled doesn't really matter. Another option is to drive in on Monday with your clothes for the week, then ride in all the other days and take everything home with you ready to be washed and ironed over the weekend.

Casual here aswell but need suit for meetings. I leave my casual trousers, suit and my shoes at work. Bring a shirt and clean undercrackers in each day. If I ever need either outside of work could just drive and bring them home.

Suit and shoes left at work, clean shirt and tie carefully folded and put into my rucksack each morning.
After a 20 minute ride, they both come out of the bag looking uncrumpled.

Smart trousers and shirt roll into a rucksack pannier OK

Have a locker/clothes rail at current workplace so take 3-5 shirts/trousers when I drive and leave them there

At last workplace had my own office, so hung clothes on door

PITA at first, but once you have been doing it a while it becomes second nature and easy

...Until you cycle in one day and realise your shoes/trousers are at home

Worst I've had from cycling in is a couple of commando days, packed my jeans to change into, remembered my t-shirt, but totally forgot a pair of boxers to wear. Free and easy for the day though.

Leave stuff at work on the occasions I drive. I take whatever I need extra in a backpack. Some days I am backpack free smile
