****in Edinburgh on a SS
Discussion
Just heading out to get something at lunchtime there. Crossing East End of George St, about to step off the kerb when some t
t on a SS, narrow bars, the works glides straight thru and almost knocks me flying.
When I gestured towards the green man, I got the "bird" for my troubles.
No wonder cyclists get a bad name when pricks like this are going around.
Hope ye get a nail in yer tyre ya fanny!
(Whereas I stopped at every set of lights on the commute this morning. Every. Single. Set. Between. My. Hous. &. The. Office.
(pretty much)).

Whilst not defending the cyclist (who shouldn't go through a red, especially at a pedestrian crossing with somebody using it) - but you know you are responsible for your actions, and you need to look where you're going before crossing too, right?

Absolutely, but as I had right of way I assumed I could proceed.
Luckily my t
t radar was fully working and I avoided a collision.Gassing Station | Pedal Powered | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
