headphones

hi all does anyone have any recomendations for headphones i can use whilst on my bike, but off-road?

i don't want to spend too much, £50 at most, but obviously they need to fit well and tightly as they need to not come out when i am riding along.

mrspablo uses www.yurbudz.com in the gym and has no issues. They have a twist/lock position thing, not sure how secure they would be off road and I personally, would find it all a distraction, i wouldnt swap the peace and quiet and the sound of tyres on the terrain for music off road.

yes fair point, but i am doing fitness on a fairly boring route 2 evenings a week, at the weekend i ride with others on a varied ride so not an issue.
