Lift bottom of jersey up as high as you can under your arms, reach over shoulders and pull it over your head. Comes off inside out. Easy....lol

There's a lot to be said for full-length zips. But yes, jerseys are means to be a tight fit for best performance, and to hell with the practicalities.

A baselayer may help: that way the jersey slides over said baselayer, rather than sticks to yer' skin.

That's what I do.

Then struggle to get the base layer off!

biggrin

Base layers aren't so much of an issue: stretchier and thanks to the whole wicking thing, not as sweaty as you'd think.

FWIW the more "mesh" like base layers are very good for this!

OP have you tried Rapha's Jersey Clotted Cream. It's a friction reducer designed for just such scenarios, and I believe has a race pedigree as it was worn by last weekend's Richmond Park tour winner.

It's a bargain too at only 149.99 for a 50ml tub.

Then I suggest you cast your net wider....

I look forward to your next thread entitled. "Wiping my own backside when in a vaguely cycling related environment"

Don't agree with you. I have been in contact with OKGO many times and he has always been very friendly and helpful, just because he puts his point of view across and its not what you want to hear doesn't mean he is as you describe him.
