Rapha Chamois Cream.....

I have been using Assos for ever but am just about to run out, a friend of mine swears by the Rapah Chamois cream to the point where I think he has it in his coffee! Just about to order some and Rapha has sold out, along with Simga Sport and Condor - anyone know if I can get it from another outlet???

I worry that I must be doing something wrong when riding as I haven't used chamois cream once. I have a tub of udderly smooth in my drawer that's never been opened. I'm starting to think its like snake oil.

Another thing I've ben waiting to buy, and now out of stock everywhere...

I just ordered the travelset with shave cream etc. 50ml insetad of 150ish but will do for a bit. I'm eking out a tester sachet at present...

ETA - It smells bloody lovely!

It's an average performing cream but it smells fantastic! My top three creams are Elite Ozone > Rapha > Assos.

Paul, for a one off ride I don't miss not using cream but on days when I'm long consecutive rides I tend to find I go a bit erm....'leathery' if I don't use it.

Alas no, except to say that I too like the cream and it smells great

(although I'm using the Assos minty stuff more often than not at the moment - no idea why, I prefer the Rapha )

Try Ronde in Edinburgh or there is also a store in Cheshire which stock Rapha, they may be able to help via mail order.
