Has anyone ever done one of these?, are the rules simply road-bike only with no TT bars , what about helmet/kit etc

Depending on event - does it say on start sheet?

For instance the Richmond Park road tt dictates wheels no deeper than 30mm, no aero bars, and a road helmet...

Which one are you doing?

Nothing but emailed them, just a local race chap

Fancy doing more of these RM events, nice and simple and good leveller.
