Trail Centres around Shrewsbury. (Within 1hr)

Heading to Shrewsbury for a week this year, has anyone got any recommendations of where to ride?

Won't be riding every day but hoping to get a couple of decent rides in, Cannock looks a good option, as does Mid Wales...

Cannock is my local. It's worth a visit but Wales is bigger, better faster etc...

As an alternative to a trail centre, what you really want is some route maps from mtb events in the area that you could download or follow, like this!...

Cannock and Llandegla would be the obvious trail centre options. The Long Mynd is another good ride though and very local.

Llandegla is great, but there's some awesome riding in Shrewsbury.

Eastridge for some tight techy gnar, Hopton woods for some flowy steep shredding! Win!

(and if you've got any spare energy left, crank yourself up out of Church Stretton onto the top of the Long Mynd for a laugh too.... ;-)
