Kids bikes on roof carrier

Looking to get a roof carrier to car my son's 20" wheel bike. Can't work out from looking at carriers like Thule 591 if it will hold it or not. Anyone know?

Any other roof carriers people would recommend over Thule stuff?

I've had 14, 16 and 20" wheeled kids bikes on my Thule 591 with no issues.
