I agree with the sentiments about value for money - at 3.49 for a pair of gloves/mitts, they're almost a disposable item.

Looked more to me like car-booters taking advantage of low priced kit to re-sell.
I don't know what annoys me more. My seeming inability to go there when the stuff goes on sale, or people who have no genuine interest in cycling buying it in bulk "Cos it's cheap". I know there's nothing you can do about it, and it's not 'against the rules' but it's just not in the spirit of the game.

It won't be on the website any more - once it goes into the stores (on a Thursday, usually) they start plugging the next lot of 'specials'. If you want to get any of the stuff, you really need to be in there when the store opens on the first day of sale. Stock goes out once, and there doesn't seem to be any replenishment of stock. There is still some stuff left, on a 'waste out' basis, but it's often in the larger and smaller sizes, but not in the popular ones. If you are lucky, you'll get even more of a bargain when they mark it down in a couple of weeks. The Blackwater/Camberley store still has helmets, kid's helmets, men's cycling shoes in 7.5 and 8.5 only, some women's shoes, saddle-pack puncture kits, and mini pumps in some numbers. It also has some odds and ends of clothing in size 'tent' but nothing to fit me, sadly.The 'specials' all seem to start on Mondays and Thursdays. There's usually a theme of sorts, and it will be 'seasonally appropriate'. We've had skiing kit, running gear, gardening products and cycling stuff of late, then there are the occasional items like power tools and, recently, air compressors etc that aren't so dependant upon the time of year.
The offers are also cyclic, so there will be another opportunity some time later in the year. Keep your eyes open at the local store. We get the mailshot through the letterbox, but strangely, whenever it announces a cycling deal, I find the Mrs has put it in the recycling before I get to see it
The track pump I got from aldi last year, which I'm going to assume is the same one, broke after only a few uses. The clip bit at the end broke, so the lever wouldn't pivot. Also, the gauge never stayed at where you'd got the pressure up to, it leaked away, and it would also not pump above 70psi, tried to get 90 on my road bike and it wouldn't do it (didn't matter too much as it would have been far too firm for me anyway, 
).
It was good while it worked, but is next to useless now. I could probably get some bits and bodge it back into a working pump, but can't be bothered.
