Trainerroad/Strava upload question...

I currently upload all of my Trainerroad workouts to Strava, to keep note of my mileage more than anything. I do this by downloading the workout straight from TR, rather than recording the ride on my Garmin and uploading from there.
This has worked fine up until a couple of days ago when Strava got the distance calculations completely wrong. Power/HR/Cadence were all as reported on TR but it says I completed 6.4km in 53 minutes.

Had my speed/cadence sensor not been working properly, I would have understood it, but everything seemed fine. Has anyone else had issues like this? Possibly a problem picking up signal to the ANT+ device in the laptop, although this would have been obvious I would have thought.
Did another workout last night so hopefully just a one off, just interested to know if anyone else has had similar issues and resolved them.
