cheap Merino baselayers - heads up

I know we're all fans of the sheep from down under on here so thought I'd give you a heads up on cheap and easily available baselayers.
The slightly cheap and cheerful outdoor shop Mountain Warehouse are doing a 200g LS top for £24.99, naturally at that price I bought it and have been very impressed with it, not quite as 'luxurious' as the Rapha top I have but I didn't expect it to be, performance wise, which ultimately is what counts is certainly up there.

On-one/Planet-X also have their short sleeved Merino base layers back in stock for £20.00, ordered one on Tuesday, delivered yesterday, used today and worked a treat.
Much better fit and material than the ones they were selling this time last year, will be ordering a couple more.
Lots of people moaning about these smelling of wet dog when damp. Is this the case? I was going to order a couple myself but I was put off by the wet dog smell.Much better fit and material than the ones they were selling this time last year, will be ordering a couple more.

Just popped into their Covent Garden store and picked up a couple!
Seem nice enough - a little shorter than the HH tops i've got (I'm 187cm tall), but as they're going under my bibs its no big deal!

The only thing that annoys me with them is the lack of label at the back, which makes finding which way round they go when you're tired and it's still dark a pain.
