Looks like a Stop! Crash! Death! Type programme just collating crash footage for entertainment.

No doubt will both infuriate both cyclists and drivers and put hundreds of folk of ever riding a bike again...

Presumably this is just going to show the worst of both species, and hardly be a fair representation of cyclist nor driver.

However, admittedly without knowing the whole story and background to his reasons why, this bloke sounds like an absolute tool who's been lucky not to be assaulted yet:
