Disc Brake Calliper Mounts

Can someone point me in the direction of some calliper mounts?
The callipers screw through from above to mount (or from the back if you're mounting to the fork), but the frame screws through from the side (single speed, so allows for moving the calliper back and forth with the wheel for chain adjustment) - I can't seem to find what I need.
Brakes are Avid Elixir 3 and frame is an On One Inbred slot drop out if it helps.

On one should have adaptors to suit. If not superstar components will have them. You need to choose the correct mount for the size of disc you have also. I can't remember whether you will need IS to post mount adaptor or post mount to IS. If you have a look on their website you should be able to work it out, if not then dinnertime with a better memory than me will be along soon.
Thanks - didn't think of checking On One which would be a sensible place to look first...
This looks like what I need. It adapts to 160mm, but I asume you then use the regular adaptor block currently on the calliper for increased rotor size? Think it's currently set up for 185mm on the Canyon, but plan is to take the Avid's off the Canyon onto the Inbred.

This is what I used when building up my Inbred. Choose which one you want, bolt on to bike, add on caliper (not sure about adaptors, never had to use them on any of the bikes I've ever had, are you sure this "adaptor" isn't already a brake mount??).
