Strava duplicate activity

OK, so I have just completed a practice duathlon using by android to record it. I have managed to upload crop to segment 1,2,3, export and then delete the splits to avoid duplications. I have then tried to upload all three with the first two (run and ride) being ok but it doesn't like the third. I've tried changing the activity type to see if that helps but it doesn't.

Anyone else had to do this?

I seem to have fixed this by going into the gpt file and changing the date, strangely though when uploaded it shows as the correct date?
