Just got this this week to use for winter duties. Very little use but with new chain, cassette and tyres about half price. A load of free halfords vouchers paid for the pedals and mudguards. Sorted.
Thing is we don't have none of that tarmac crap up here like you southern ponces, just dirt tracks leading t'pits and t'mills. Full of potholes they are, big enough to sleep in, like. Mud up to yer hubs an' all! Smashin'.
