Which MTB Headset?

After a bit of advice please...

I'd like to upgrade the headset on my 2011 Kraken and am currently torn between 2:

Superstar Intergrato Headset

or

FSA Orbit Headset

I am leaning towards the FSA after seeing it on a friend's bike at the weekend, but will it fit my bike? I know the Superstar one will as I know of someone else that has already put it on, but get confused when I start reasing about different sizes etc.

Fitted probably 10 MX headsets and are nice and good for the money. They have replaceable cartridge bearings if the worst comes to it, but only known one to pack up and that was from a clueless owner with a jetwash.

FSA. I have them on all my bikes and they never cause any trouble
