Adjust sram x9 dérailleur

Anyone know about these? Can't seem to change to the lowest/easiest gear. Played around the with the L limit screw and the chain still won't move to the top cog, also adjusted the cable tension to no avail and gave it more b tension to stop the derailleur hitting the cog.

Is the mech dirty? Sometimes that can limit movement. If so give a good blast with wd40 or gt85 and then re-oil.

Yep done this already. Got some gt85 on my rear disc and it completely destroyed the brake feel
