Evening all
As per title, I bought the above bike today and love the look and feel of the thing. My legs aren't up to it right now but you can really motor when you put the effort in.
The first thing I will buy though is padded shorts! My arse is killing me!
Anyone else on here with experience of a Caad10? How did you find it? I'm a novice so it feels great to me but the more seasoned of you lot may know more

When photographing your bike, gussy her up properly for the camera. Some parameters are firm: valve stems at 6 o’clock. Cranks never at 90 or 180 degrees. Others are at your discretion, though the accepted practices are include putting the chain on the big dog, and no bidons in the cages.

I've a caad9 which has been a great bike for me. Looking to change it next year though.
My brother has a caad5 which I took out during the week and nearly fell off the thing the geometry was so different.
Enjoy it, remember, when your kegs are burning and lungs exploding, it won't nearly hurt as much the next time.

Chap comes on, stating he's just getting into cycling, and showing off his bike.
After all, he's just taken a massive plunge into the unknown and spent a reasonably large wedge.
Then he gets comments like 'no-ones that stupid with a front quick release'.
Really welcoming, and encouraging.
How about, instead of being all superior, like you've never made a mistake, you called out that he might want to change it's position, and explain why.
As in:
'nice bike fella, enjoy. Might want to adjust your front wheel quick release - having it pointing like that has a small risk of it being caught and flipping open. This has the potential for you to lose the front wheel, with guaranteed paint implications, but also probably face/tarmac togetherness. Common practice would have it pointing up along the back line of the forks. Have a quick look on the show off your bike thread for an idea. Enjoy, any questions just shout.'
Not hard is it, and prevents two things. You coming across as superior feeling snobbishs, and the encouragement of a new participant to the activity we all love.

It's following the outside of the fork, so I'd shift it round a few degrees so that it goes behind the fork, you'll get a little more rotation of the cam that grips the fork, so a bit more security.
And if anyone mentions the 'Rules', ignore them.

Maybe I was being precious, but I wasn't the only one - mcelliot started his post with similar, and a couple of posters clarified after my post that they meant things in jest...
There's no way you can tell me that this forum, whilst better than a lot of others in the bike world, have elements of pretentiousness that come across superior and smug regarding what we would take as being basic knowledge, but is a voyage of discovery for those who are dipping their toe into a beautiful activity that should be a community of support...
It's been a stressful morning though, so I'll apologise for leaping in with both feet. Maybe I'll hit the 'I'd rather walk than ride Shimano as Campag is sooo lovely and Italian' thread instead.
