Surrey League Races

Hoping someone will know the answer to this - I want to do the midweek handicap race, but can't work out from the rules if I'm allowed to turn up as a rider who isn't a member of one of the affiliated clubs?

Any of you surrey types know the answer?

Yes you can. But if you have no race licsense you will need to buy a day one I think, the whole thing could end up costing you about £25+

I've got a race license already - I presume I have to join the league too though?
