Thought I'd share a few pictures of my ride this morning. It's roughly an hour and a half of mostly gentle underlations but with a couple of half decent climbs in the middle. 700m of climbing in total for the ride. Weather down here is absolutely superb at the moment, with the mercury hitting roughly 32 degrees. Anyway, here are the pics...

Col de Canadel - typical Mediterranean climb - narrow and winding

No great altitude reached but it goes from sea level so it's a genuine 260m climb. Did the south and the north face

Hope work, overcrowded roads and the weather aren't getting you down too much - next week I'm in the Alps to do some proper climbs

Looks like perfect cycling country. I did some riding in Spain back in May and I really wish I was back there now; I had knee warmers and long sleeves on the other day
