Hi folks,
My frame got damaged yesterday (specialized enduro expert 2008)
I have Direct line's full cycle insurance and have just started the claims process. The claim gets handled by the Direct Validation Services.
Anyone got any experience of a claim through direct line?
Be interested to hear how it was handled with timescales etc.
