Bloody Cyclists!

Yet again, down our road, another race!

Got woken up at 6 by the sound of old bints outside my house waiting to take pictures! fk OFF!
We don't even get a warning or anything about the races that seem to happen every other weekend, they come in hoards and so happens that when we try to get out of the drive, they block it!
And what do you know. Just as I am typing this they are going past again. Holding up traffic and wearing there tight latexLYCRA.

Several times I have seen them hold up lines of traffic by being 3 abreast, sometimes even 4 abreast.


I don't mind cyclists alone, but when there is hundreds of them, they can do one!

Getting consent does not appear to be much of a problem. Just quote "'elf and safety". Closed roads will eventually be the norm.

Just googling my local councils phone number so that I can ask for my road to be closed so that I can race my car up and down it with my friends.

They seemingly happen every other weekend. Next weekend you'll be fine, the week after that try blocking your own drive with your own car the night before.

It's that time of year when recently retired gents see the Tour de France on TV and get kitted out with all the gear and go out to be 'King of the B roads' with their silver-haired pot-bellied cycling chums

The professional club cyclists are probably more considerate to other road users but the retired middle management brigade regard the roads as their personal fiefdom, at least until they get back into their Rovers

On a positive note, without cyclists, London would be in even more desperate need of organ donors
