500-600 29er hardtail for a fat bloke?

Any ideas? 6ft2 quite overweight, used to cycle alot,

current bike (a marin) is too small but nice to ride.

new bike will need to be bigger, and also take a pounding so a "light" frame probably won't be the best- need something sturdy. At this stage of getting back into cycling a "lightweight" bike will make bugger all difference- i weigh 150kg by myself!

The new decathlon 29er, big RR is pretty good for the money at 400 quid too. I have plans to get one and run it on 32 / 35mm tyres for a commuter that I can also divert off my commute up to ashton court on
