Wanted: Good 2nd Hand Road Bike?!

Hi there,
I'm wating to get a reasonably good second hand road bike.
Budget £200-300
Not fussy on make but i want something fairly good quality to take some abuse...
Has anyone got one lying around that they'd sell?
Feel free to post below...
I'm currenlty riding my dads GT Series 3 (a large frame)
I am around 5'10"

Anyone any thoughts?
