Information on the Transpennine Trail???

Does anyone know if there is any in depth information on the trail anywhere online? Something that tells you where it breaks up and exactly where to get back on it.

I can get on it near to where i live, but as it breaks up in places it can be quite difficult to find where to re-join it. For example, i rode to Stockport, it stopped, there was one sign for it on the main road, and then i couldn't find where to get back on it. Very frustrating!

Have to agree it is a bit daft where it dissapears in Stockport town centre though!
You come up from the river then have to leg it through a really busy roundabout, past all the car parks then join up with the river again (I think, it's been a while!)
