Cycling from Blackpool to Paris with some friends this summer and we will be arriving on Bastille Day. Does anyone know if any of the roads into or within the city are closed that day?

Yes. Lots of them. There will be a major parade closing many roads around the Champs Élysées.

And there will be thousands and thousands if people around.
