Shimano 105 levers

My caad 9 is currently fitted with shimano 105 levers and the brake cables come out the side of the lever. I would like a lever where the cable comes down the stem of the lever and follows the shape of the bar wrapped under the bar tape.

Does anyone know if I can re route the existing cable and keep the levers or does that require completely new items making it quite an expensive job?
