Rack for 2009 Mazda 3 MPS

Hi,
Got a 2009 Mazda 3 MPS.
Currently I've got a Thule roof set up which I had for my previous car (Octavia vRS estate - so roof bars). This was good (and due to roof bars - easy to fit). MPG suffered a little when driving but the bikes were pretty secure.
Current car has fix points. Does anyone have any experience of using a fix point rack? Are they easy to fit/remove or a complete pain?
Other idea is to go for a hatch mounted carrier. Anyone know of any which'll work with a car with a spoiler?
