I'd echo this, dont get crappy kit but get stuff for which you feel comfortable spending it wont make you LA but it after 5 hours in the saddle if i could of made myself a bit more comfortable i would pissed if i hadnt done so.I buy few key items but its all good kit beit gloves, bibs or jackets.... i cant see why anyone if they could and were able to justify it wouldnt buy nice kit no one high fives you for putting plastic bags over your feet instead of overshoes becuase your doing it on the cheap nor should you give a s
