Lights for your arms/hands

Cycling in the ark at the moment and I'm aware that I don't have much light/reflective surfaces on my outstretched arms when signalling. I have 2 front lights, plenty of rear facing red flashing lights and bar end red lights. I could do with some red/white lights that attach with elastic/velcro for my arms/hands to help indicate when I'm signalling.

Anyone have any ideas? I had thought about trying to fashion something like these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/120642914137 onto elastic/velcro cuffs, 2 sets (white/red on each side)
