Swapping 80mm forks for 100mm

I've got a set of Fox 80mm RLC forks on my 2008 Giant Anthem and want to upgrade to 100mm forks. Merlin cycles currently have Magura Durin forks down from over £700 to £360 (brand new 2012 ones).

Question is will there be any problems swapping them over. I know it might slightly relax head/seat angles (although the axle to crown measurement actually reduces from 480mm of Fox to 473mm of Magura meaning that when fully depressed it could be a fair bit steeper.

Hoping to then sell Fox forks for couple hundred quid (in good nick and have been maintained and upgraded by a Tim Flooks racing service in 2010).

100mm will be fine on an 80mm Anthem, many people swapped out to 100mm forks, and now they come with 100mm forks as standard many people now run 120mm.

Maestro equipped Giants halve ALWAYS come from the factory with forks that a bit short, and they handle an upgrade fine.

Anthems take 100mm, Trance X's take 140mm and Reigns take 160+mm forks easily, all longer than what they come with standard. Pretty common. Go ahead!

The Magura Forks are great too, very, very stiff Chassis and great damping. They just require a much more careful setup than Fox/RS. Under-rated kit.
