I love it, "carbon chain".

Those belt drives look awesome. I hope they find the owner, I imagine he would have been gutted.

Why do they need to find the owner in order to press charges if they know it's stolen? confused

It does seem a tad strange that the owner has not reported it stolen, but guess the BIB know that the chap in possession is not the legal owner, but need the legal owner to report it as stolen to be able to charge the thief with doing so.
