Parking for 3 bikes?

Hi chaps, am a bit of an unlikely visitor in here, hoping someone will have a few suggestions as I've absolutely no idea where to start.
My house is the workplace for a regular team of 5 personal care assistants, plus the odd extra. All but one of them cycle, and the maximum number that are ever here at once is 3 (at handover from a 2:1 shift to a 1:1 shift or vice versa).
One of them had her bike stolen today from my carport - the bike wasn't locked (twit!) but both the carport gate and the garden gate (there's no barrier from carport to garden) were and remain padlocked shut.
I want to improve the facilities for securing their bikes - these guys work very hard on a pitifully low wage considering how important the work they do is, and I'm absolutely gutted that one of them has lost a £250 bike from my property. She won't be able to afford to replace it for weeks/months.
So: lockable-to parking for at least 3 bikes, that can be made secure in a brick-floored carport or attached to the ?iron railings of same. Any ideas please? I'm on a very tight budget - can probably find £100 to put towards this at a stretch.

The carport's sort of built into the house so one wall's brick and the other railing - that wall isn't too bad for chaining them to but there isn't really room for more than 2 and it's hard to keep enough of it clear for that.XitUp said:
